Our blend of flours are more expensive but a necessary component to being a truly low carb cookie.

Yes, our bakery is 100% gluten free and everything is produced in our facility. We do not use any ingredients that contain gluten or have been processed in another facility with gluten. 

We ship everything via UPS Ground. From our history, we've found them to be the most reliable and guaranteed to arrive on time. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days - well before expiration.
